What to include

Include the PC Rituals app version, Windows version, phone model and OS if relevant, whether both devices are on the same network, and what step failed. The Windows app's Settings page can open a prefilled feedback draft with diagnostic status.

Common setup checks

Confirm the Windows PC Rituals agent is running, local network access is enabled on your phone, both devices are on the same private network, and Windows Firewall allows PC Rituals on private networks.
