Refund Policy

Effective date: July 20, 2026

14-day refund window

If PC Rituals Pro does not work for your setup, request a refund within 14 calendar days of the original purchase. Email Mahdisul1@gmail.comwith the purchase email and order number so we can locate the order.

Subscriptions

Monthly and annual subscriptions can be managed or cancelled through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal linked from PC Rituals Settings or your order email. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues through the current paid period unless the order is refunded.

After the refund window

Requests after 14 days are reviewed individually for duplicate charges, accidental renewals, or a verified technical problem that support could not resolve. This policy does not limit rights required by local law.

Before requesting a refund

The Help Center covers launcher, phone, RGB, wallpaper, and Wake-on-LAN setup. Contact support if you want help before cancelling.
